My name is Loraine and I love to travel in a Motorhome or Campervan. For many people it is hard to believe, but if I am given the choice between a 5 star luxury resort and a Motorhome, I will choose the Motorhome. The reason is simple: Traveling in a Motorhome provides plenty of opportunity to connect with the earth, the land, the people and the animals of the country you are visiting. And for me those are the most important things to experience while traveling.
My passion for Motorhomes and Campervans has lead me to put this site together. I personally have the privilege to have extensive experience with camping and ‘motorhoming’ in quite a few countries. Most recently I have been traveling in Australia, which is my current country of residence. Up till now though, I have also been in New Zealand a lot. Up till 5 years ago I lived in New Zealand with my family. Since leaving, we have been back several times and guess what…we have done a lot of camping with a caravan and with rental motorhomes.
Originally I am from the Netherlands, and as many Dutch people strongly bitten by the travel bug (we have to, Holland is sooo small, you need to get out regularly….). With my parents and later with my husband, we have done extensive travel in Europe with a caravan.
During my university years I discovered the USA. I must have been there at least 15 times by now, a few times for many, many weeks and you guessed it: Camping or we rent an RV.
So we can conclude that I do have first hand experience. I will try to get as much information about motorhome rental on these pages as possible, but also about the destination countries. This website will be updated regularly, so please check in to see what is new. Also, please let me know if you have questions or want certain information.
